Butyl Butyral Lactate(N) Butyryl lactylate is a colorless liquid with a soft buttery and toasty aroma.The flash point is 100°C. 1ml sample is soluble in 3mL of 70% ethanol, soluble in propylene glycol and most non-volatile oils, and still insoluble in water and glycerol.It has cream, milk aroma, waxy and green aroma.
